Michigan Claims Court Judge Cynthia Stephens said Thursday that she plans to deny a request from President Donald Trump’s campaign to stop Michigan’s ballot counting.
The Trump campaign claims that a poll challenger was denied access to view the ballot count.
The lawsuit was filed Wednesday, although Michigan has already completed its ballot counting.
